Umali Dive Center

Have you ever have dreamed of floating weightlessly like an astronaut, investigating unusual species like a field researcher, or looking for lost objects like a treasure hunter? Scuba diving can make these dreams a reality! Scuba diving is relatively easy and only requires a short period of training to get started.

I recently had the opportunity to go scuba diving at the Umali Dive Center in the Philippines. The Dive Center is located on the island of Puerto Galera, which is about 2 hours south of Manila. Puerto Galera is a popular destination for scuba diving, as it has over 30 dive sites that are suitable for all levels of experience.

I was a bit nervous about scuba diving, as I had never done it before. However, the staff at the Umali Dive Center were very professional and made me feel comfortable. They gave me a thorough briefing about the dive site, the safety procedures, and what to expect.

Afterwards, we suited up and entered the water. I was amazed at how quickly I got used to breathing through the scuba gear. I felt like I could stay underwater forever! The Dive Center staff were very attentive and made sure that I was always comfortable.

I was able to see a variety of different marine life, including colorful coral, playful clownfish, and even a sea turtle! I was also able to take some amazing photos.

Scuba diving is an incredible experience that I would recommend to everyone. If you have the opportunity to go scuba diving, I would definitely recommend the Umali Dive Center. The staff are professional and experienced, and they will make sure that you have a safe and enjoyable experience.
