The Freediving Level 1 course is a three-day course that teaches you how to freedive safely and comfortably. You will learn about the physiology of freediving, how to prepare your body and mind for a freedive, and how to equalize pressure when underwater. You will also learn basic rescue techniques. The course includes three days of study, both on land and in the water.

Freediving Level 2 is a course that teaches you how to hold your breath for a long time and dive deep. The course includes 3 confined water and 4 open water sessions. You will learn to “activate” the mammalian diving reflex, which will help you to dive deeper and longer. In the classroom, you will prepare the body for deep dives using special body stretching and pranayamas. The maximum diving depth is 30 meters. After completing this course you will become a confident freediver, who will have enough skills and experience to continue practicing with other experienced freedivers and be able to insure each other.

Freediving Level 3 is the last step in a training system for people who want to learn to Freedive. It is accessible for trained freedivers who have enough experience and ability to dive at the depth of 30 meters or deeper. This deep-diving course will make you much more confident about all your skills. The main focuses of this course are training the thorax flexibility which is crucial for deeper diving, learning and mastering the Mouth-fill method of equalization, and diving lower than lungs residual volume using exhale dives. Besides thorax flexibility and equalizing techniques, you are also going to learn about the mammalian diving reflex, which allows us to be more relaxed, consume less oxygen and compensate for the fast-growing pressure.
